Shopping: As well as some antique shops and the general stores you can also find Mille Fleurs who design and make hats and headpieces, Hall & Co an independent ladies wear shop and the aptly named Brides Dress Revisited.
Otford Road is also home to the large Sainsburys which serves Otford and Sevenoaks with food, clothes and homeware, alongside an instore Argos. Pets at Home and Homebase can also be found here.
Schools: As well as Otford Primary School, there are two good private co-educational prep schools, St. Michael’s School and Russell House. There are other excellent schools in and around Sevenoaks, including Sevenoaks Prep, Solefields, New Beacon, Granville, Sevenoaks School, Walthamstow Hall, and Trinity School.
Eating Out: The Bull provides traditional pub fayre, alongside some other long standing public houses. Pondview Café can be found on the High St, as can Hilal Turkish Restaurant.
Fitness: The Better Body Group is an established gym located in the small industrial area near Bat & Ball. A friendly gym with lots of programs and personal trainers.
Specialties: Otford has a large recreation ground just off the High St accessed from the car park with tennis courts, pavilion and children’s play area.
Otford is famous for its Duck Pond roundabout!
