Seal is a village and civil parish in the Sevenoaks district of Kent, England, located in the valley between the North Downs and the Greensand ridge.

Shopping: Seal boasts an excellent family run Butchers, H W Coldbreaths, as well as a café, a barber, convenience store, a pet shop and dentist. There is a large Sainsburys superstore with an Argos, Homebase, Pets At Home and Halfords in nearby Otford, as well as antique shops and small independent shops.
Schools: Seal C of E Primary School and in Stone Street, up the road, St. Lawrence C of E Primary School. There is a variety of excellent secondary schools in and around Sevenoaks and Tonbridge, including Sevenoaks School, Tonbridge School, Sackville, Walthamstow Hall, Trinity School, Tonbridge Judd and Weald of Kent.
Eating Out: As well as a Kebab and Pizza Shop, there is also an Indian Restaurant in the village and the Five Bells pub, a characterful pub with cosy low ceilings and a real wood fire in the winter. It offers classic pub games such as cribbage, shove ha’penny and shut-the-box. Amherst Inn, serving steaks and burgers with a Sunday all day carvery is nearby.
Fitness: Reynolds Retreat in Borough Green, set amongst 17 acres of beautiful park and woodland is a member’s gym, country club, restaurant and spa. As well as several golf clubs in the surrounding areas, there are a range of fitness facilities available in and around Sevenoaks. Several independent gyms serve the town and Sevenoaks Leisure Centre has a large pool and fitness suite, alongside a café/restaurant.
